Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 2024

Welcome to LearnNet (accessible via netaware.online). By visiting our portal, playing simulator files, or contacting corporate support, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these terms. If you do not accept these policies, please stop using the portal, simulator modules, and academic support.

1. Setup and User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years of age (or older, based on standard local parameters in the user\'s host nation) to register for simulator modules. You are strictly responsible for maintaining individual profile lockouts. Shared office usage profiles are prohibited to prevent telemetry confusion.

2. Simulator Use License

Intellectual assets, logo files, dynamic threat layouts, interactive message codes, and training evaluation dashboards developed by LearnNet remain our exclusive proprietary property. We grant you a restricted, personal, non-transferable, and revocable digital access license to evaluate learning scenarios for internal training. You must not capture, scrape, modify, or resell simulator blocks without our physical corporate signature.

3. Disclaimer of Absolute Guarantees

LearnNet lessons are constructed around realistic threats, but cybercriminals continuously modify attack models. While our courses reduce user vulnerability ratios, we supply our portal assets on an "as is" and "as accessible" framework. We make no guarantees that complete training ensures zero future security events for your enterprise. Safe digital habits are an ongoing effort.

4. Liability Constraints

To the highest limit allowed under Singapore legislation, LearnNet Services Pte. Ltd. (its executive team, employees, or tech providers) will not be responsible for any digital losses, network interruptions, data exposures, or financial scams suffered on individual networks or corporate systems, even if such issues arise after following our modules.

5. Applicable Law & Court Venue

These conditions, course structures, and operations of our website are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal procedures, disputes, or liabilities arising directly from these systems shall be overseen exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
